Defenceman Rod Sundquist of the Battlefords' North Stars has been suspended for two games as a result of receiving a Checking From Behind major causing injury during the game on January 17 against the Weyburn Red Wings. Rod will sit out the games of January 23 and 28. Centreman Andrew Skrabeck of the Flin Flon Bombers has been suspended for one game as a result of accumulation of misconduct type penalties which happened during the game on January 21 against the Humboldt Broncos. He will have sat out the game of January 27. Centreman Arlen Marshall of the Humboldt Broncos has been suspended for two games as a result of his fifth misconduct type penalty received on January 21 against the Battlefords' North Stars. He will sit out the games of January 28 and 30. Defenceman Paul McBrien of the Humboldt Broncos has been suspended for one game as a result of his fourth misconduct type penalty received during the game on January 23 against the Flin Flon Bombers. He will have sat out the game on Janaury 24. Defenceman Joey Eaton of the Humboldt Broncos has been suspended for two games as a result of his fifth misconduct type penalty received on January 23 against the Flin Flon Bombers. He will sit out the games of January 24 and 28. Right winger Matt Stefanishion of the Melville Millionaires has been suspended for two games as a result of receiving his fifth misconduct type penalty during the game on January 22 against the Notre Dame Hounds. He will sit out the games of January 23 and 28.
