Yorkton Terrier's coach Don Chesney has been suspended for one game as a result of receiving his second game misconduct type penalty of the season during the game on November 1 against the Notre Dame Hounds. The suspension will include the game of November 4, 2003. This week's MEE SPORTS - SJHL Player of the Week is awarded to 19 year-old Frankie Dicks of the Weyburn Red Wings. Frankie is a 5'10, 200 lb left winger from Thompson, Manitoba. During the past week Frankie played in three games and accumulated two goals and one assist for three points and seven penalty minutes. This helped the Red Wings win two of their three games this past week which puts them one point out of first place in the Sherwood Conference behind the Melville Millionaires. Frankie received two nominations this past week for Player of the Week.
