The Flin Flon Bombers unloaded a few players in order to cut down their roster for the December 1 deadline. The Bombers sent 19 year-old goaltender Brett Koscielny to the Dauphin Kings for 20 year-old forward Anatoliy Moshkovsky. Koscielny's MJHL rights were obtained by the Kings from the Swan Valley Stampeders for a list player. Moshkovsky has 12 goals and 13 assists in 30 games with the Kings this season. Koscielny has a 1-4-2 record with a 5.31 GAA and .859 save percentage, but is currently injured. "Anatoliy is a pretty offensive guy," said coach Ryan Hoffman. "He'll help us to do what we don't do very well, and that is score goals." Moshkovsky is a 5'10, 185 lb. forward, who Hoffman described as tenacious and hard working. Flin Flon also sent utility player Brennen Giroux to the Swan Valley Stampeders for future considerations. The 19 year-old Giroux has one goal and four assists in 27 games, with 105 penalty minutes with Flin Flon. The Bombers traded forward Mark Black to the Brooks Bandits of the AJHL for future considerations. Black had two goals and one assist in 22 games, with 120 penalty minutes. Spencer Davis was also traded by the Bombers, but the player coming to Flin Flon in return is not expected to report. Davis has been traded, but what the Bombers will get in return is not known at this time. Last week, the Bombers picked up Trevor Olynick. Olynick started the season with the Humboldt Broncos, but was shipped to Junior "B", and subsequently released. He played only three shifts in the game against Melville on Friday, before being forced out with an injury. Olynick will be joining the Bombers later this week.
