A Buick parked outside city limits was recently ravaged by vandals who smashed the windows and apparently tried to light the car on fire. Flin Flon RCMP report that the 1985 Buick Century car was vandalized about half of a kilometre east of Highway 10 on the 'Trappers Road.' All windows on the vehicle were smashed, as were the lights, and evidence at the scene indicated an attempted arson. Police said the vandalism occurred on or about Friday, December 6 or Saturday, December 7.
