UPDATED: Man reported missing from Flin Flon found safely, say RCMP

A man who was reported missing from Flin Flon has been found safe, according to Flin Flon RCMP.

Marcel "Max" Sewap, age 47, was reported missing to police July 11 after having not been seen for several weeks. Sewap, according to Flin Flon RCMP, was last seen June 15 at the Flin Flon Aboriginal Friendship Centre. His disappearance was first announced by police July 13.

On July 14, RCMP announced that Sewap had been found safely.

"Marcel Sewap has been safely located. The RCMP thanks the public and the media for their assistance," reads the announcement from police.
