A 17-year-old girl who was reported missing from Creighton this weekend has been found safe.
Kayla Kittle, also known by the name Kayla Squirrel, was reported missing to police around 4:30 p.m. Oct. 13, according to an announcement from police issued Oct. 14. According to a second statement issued later Monday afternoon, Kittle had been safely located.
"Kayla Kittle has been located safe," reads the most recent update.
"Thank you to the media and the public for their assistance in this matter."
