On November 20, 2003, at 3 p.m., Winnipeg RCMP Drug Section, with the assistance of the Flin Flon RCMP, executed three search warrants at the Royal Chinese Restaurant, 93 Main Street; Rack's Billiards, 135 Main Street; and 26 Waly Avenue. Several evidentiary items were seized, including an undisclosed amount of narcotics. The police investigation continues into charges for those involved.
